Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws designated by the applicable Cycloyd contracting entity identified in the applicable subscription, order form, invoice, enterprise agreement or commercial documentation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms may be resolved through binding arbitration administered under rules designated by Cycloyd in the applicable commercial documentation.

Jurisdiction
